• Official commercial quotations generated by our sales team are valid for the specific time window stated on the proforma invoice or proposal document.
• Custom OEM modifications, specialized motor voltages, or tailored dual-stage configurations will be governed by signed contractual engineering agreements.

2. Equipment Warranty & AMC Services

• AERODYNE standard factory warranty protects against manufacturing defects in rotary screw air ends, permanent magnet synchronous motors, and structural assemblies for the agreed warranty tenure.
• Warranty integrity requires commissioning by verified personnel and utilization of genuine AERODYNE lubricants, synthetic coolant oils, and OEM replacement filters.
• Operating equipment beyond rated ambient thermal boundaries (e.g. above 55°C) or unapproved controller tampering voids factory warranty protections.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary schematic drawings, CAD models, 3D renderings, product literature, energy calculation algorithms, and branding elements displayed on aerodyneequipments.com are the protected intellectual property of AERODYNE Equipments. 4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
