Yes. AERODYNE compressors are built to CE and BIS quality standards and our manufacturing processes align with ISO 9001 quality management systems. Every unit undergoes factory-floor load testing before shipment. Specific certification documents can be shared on request during procurement.
AERODYNE Equipments has 20+ years of engineering experience in industrial compressed air systems. Over this period we have completed 500+ installations across textiles, pharmaceuticals, automotive, food processing, and heavy manufacturing sectors.
A fixed-speed compressor always runs its motor at full RPM regardless of air demand, wasting energy during low-demand periods. A PM-VFD (Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Drive) compressor matches motor speed to actual demand in real-time, reducing energy consumption by 30–50%. VFD compressors typically pay back their cost difference within 12–18 months through electricity savings alone.
A single air-jet loom typically requires 18–25 CFM at 5–6 bar. For a weaving shed with 100 looms, you would need approximately 1,800–2,500 CFM total compressed air. We recommend adding a 15–20% safety buffer and pairing the compressor with a dedicated refrigerated air dryer to maintain dew point below +3°C, which jet looms require.
A well-maintained rotary screw compressor typically lasts 60,000–80,000 hours (roughly 15–20 years) before the air end requires rebuilding. AERODYNE compressors use German-technology air ends with precision-ground rotors and synthetic oil formulations that extend intervals between major services. Actual lifespan depends heavily on maintenance regularity, operating temperature, and inlet air quality.
Single-stage screw compressors compress air from atmospheric pressure to the delivery pressure in one step, making them efficient up to 10 bar. Two-stage compressors split compression across two air ends with inter-cooling, making them more energy-efficient at pressures above 10 bar and in continuous 24×7 operations. For high-demand applications requiring 12–16 bar, 2-stage units offer 10–15% better specific power.
As a general rule, size your receiver tank at 6–10 times the compressor's CFM output (in gallons). For example, a 100 CFM compressor paired with a 600–1,000 litre receiver provides adequate buffer to handle demand spikes without short-cycling. Applications with highly variable demand or long pipe runs should err toward larger tanks.
Yes — for virtually any industrial application. Compressed air naturally carries moisture condensed from ambient air, which causes rust in pipelines, water hammer in pneumatic tools, and product contamination in food or pharma processes. A refrigerated dryer reduces the pressure dew point to +3°C or lower, protecting downstream equipment. It is not optional for jet looms, spray painting, CNC machining, or food-grade processes.
A 50 HP (37 kW) fixed-speed compressor running at full load consumes approximately 37 kWh per hour. A PM-VFD model of the same rating, running at 70% average load, would consume roughly 22–25 kWh per hour — saving 12–15 kWh per hour. At ₹8/unit, that's ₹100–120 per hour in savings, translating to significant monthly reductions for 3-shift operations.
AERODYNE compressors using premium synthetic compressor oil require oil changes every 4,000–6,000 operating hours, versus every 2,000 hours for conventional mineral oils. In high-ambient-temperature environments (above 40°C), reduce this interval by 20%. Always use the oil grade specified in your unit's service manual — using incorrect grades voids the warranty.
AERODYNE reciprocating piston compressors are available in configurations delivering from 7 bar (single-stage) up to 30 bar (multi-stage high-pressure versions). They are particularly suited for PET bottle blowing, CNG dispensing, and breathing air applications where high-pressure demand is intermittent and a large receiver can handle peak demand.
AERODYNE screw compressors are rated for ambient temperatures from +5°C to +45°C. In colder environments, ensure the compressor room is adequately heated before starting, as thick oil at low temperatures can starve the bearings during cold starts. Below +5°C, a cold-start heater kit is recommended — contact us for site-specific advice.
PM-VFD rotary screw compressors range from approximately ₹4.5 lakh (7.5 kW, 30 CFM) to ₹35+ lakh (110 kW, 500+ CFM), depending on capacity, pressure rating, and bundled accessories. This is a starting reference — final pricing varies with site requirements, included dryer/filter packages, and after-sales terms. Request a quotation for accurate pricing.

Yes. Our factory-trained commissioning engineers can handle complete site installation including civil foundation checks, piping layout, electrical connections, and initial load test calibration. We recommend professional commissioning — it is required for the full manufacturer's warranty to apply and prevents common startup damage caused by incorrect piping or electrical phasing.
Yes. AERODYNE offers Comprehensive AMC and Non-Comprehensive AMC plans for all models. Comprehensive AMC covers scheduled preventive maintenance, genuine spare parts, oil, filters, and emergency breakdown calls. Non-Comprehensive covers labour only. AMC customers receive priority response times and discounted parts pricing.
Standard service intervals for AERODYNE rotary screw compressors: air filter inspection every 500 hours, oil filter replacement every 2,000 hours, oil change every 4,000–6,000 hours (synthetic), separator element every 4,000 hours, and full air-end inspection every 20,000 hours. Always log operating hours and follow the maintenance schedule in your unit's manual.
High-temperature shutdowns are most commonly caused by (1) blocked or dirty oil coolers/aftercoolers, (2) low oil level or degraded oil, (3) clogged air filters restricting airflow across the cooler, (4) inadequate ventilation in the compressor room, or (5) a faulty thermostat valve stuck closed. Check these five points before calling service — most high-temp shutdowns are resolved by cleaning the coolers or topping up oil.
Rotary screw compressors should have clean, dry, cool inlet air. Inlet air should be free from chemical vapours, solvent fumes, dust, and excessive humidity. Ambient temperature at the inlet should ideally be below 35°C. Hot or contaminated inlet air reduces capacity, shortens air-end life, and degrades oil faster. Install an inlet filtration kit in dusty environments like textile or woodworking factories.
AERODYNE compressors come with a standard 24-month (2-year) warranty on the air end and 12-month warranty on all other mechanical and electrical components from the date of commissioning. Extended warranty options of up to 5 years are available under our Premium Care program. Warranty is subject to the unit being commissioned by an authorised AERODYNE engineer and maintained as per schedule.
Warranty is voided by: using non-genuine AERODYNE oil or spare parts, self-commissioning without authorised personnel, operating outside rated temperature or pressure limits, modifications to the control panel or VFD settings without approval, and failure to maintain the service schedule. All service work must be documented with service records.
For customers with an active AMC, AERODYNE targets an 8-hour response time for on-site attendance in major cities and 24 hours for remote locations. Without AMC, response times vary by technician availability. Emergency spare parts for critical components are kept stocked at our service hubs. Contact our service helpline for urgent breakdown support.
Yes. We maintain genuine spare parts availability for all compressor models manufactured in the last 15 years. For older models, contact our parts team with the serial number and model code — we can source or manufacture compatible parts in most cases. Using non-genuine parts from third-party vendors can damage the air end and void the remaining warranty.
